ONEOK Finalizes $4.43 Billion Acquisition of Brazos Midstream’s Permian Basin Assets
Energy infrastructure firm ONEOK has agreed to acquire key midstream processing and transportation assets in the Permian Basin from Brazos Midstream for approximately $4.43 billion.
