A Jammu court has summoned a crime branch officer and requested records in connection with a Rs 500-crore 'fake silver' offerings controversy at the Vaishno Devi shrine. The court is investigating the alleged irregularities in the offerings.

Nashik Crime Branch officers are actively searching for a female employee, an accused in a TCS harassment and alleged religious conversion case, who has been absconding for two months. Her husband is currently in police custody.
