The Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) and Egypt’s El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) have formed a strategic partnership to collaborate on programming and initiatives, starting with ZFF's upcoming event.

Egypt's El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) has announced Andrew Mohsen as its new Artistic Director, succeeding Marianne Khoury. Mohsen has been a part of the festival's programming team since 2023, and his appointment for the ninth edition running Oct. 15-23 has been confirmed.
