A court in Eswatini has ruled that five migrants, deported from the U.S. during the Trump administration, have the right to legal representation after being denied it upon their transfer to a Swazi jail in July.

A court has ruled that four men deported by the US to Eswatini, who have been denied in-person legal counsel for nine months, have the right to see a lawyer.
