Versant Media, owner of CNBC and MS NOW, has invested in GammaTime, a microdrama streaming application and distributor.

The pioneering true crime docuseries 'Forensic Files' will be adapted into a vertical format for smartphone viewing, following a licensing agreement between Content Partners LLC and microdrama streamer GammaTime.

The sequel microdrama, "She Means Justice 2: Breakout," has premiered on FlareFlow and Hollywood-backed GammaTime. This release marks one of the earliest franchise follow-ups to an original Western vertical drama property.
