Flood sirens have blared in Comfort, Texas, as the Guadalupe River rose over 30 feet in three hours, with a storm threatening even more rainfall than last year's deadly floods.

The Guadalupe River in Texas has risen several meters in a few hours, leading to evacuation warnings in multiple areas. The same region experienced deadly floods last summer, claiming over a hundred lives.
