The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) in the UK is investigating whether two police officers acted improperly when they arrested 18-year-old Henry Nowak, who had been stabbed shortly before.

The IOPC confirmed that three survivors of alleged sexual misconduct by the late Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed have filed complaints to the police watchdog regarding the Metropolitan Police's handling of the allegations.
