A former investigator with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has been charged in court for allegedly gaining unauthorized access to taxpayer information on IRAS systems for personal queries from friends and acquaintances.

A woman has been arrested and 179 luxury watches, valued at over $1 million, were seized during islandwide raids conducted by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
