John Lowe, a former writer for 'Matlock,' has filed a lawsuit against CBS Television Studios, showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman, and executive producers Nicki Renna and Jeffrey Lieber. He alleges that he was subjected to racially stereotyped comments about his body.
