Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, has urged the adoption of structured Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms to enhance commercial justice and boost confidence across Africa.

The Supreme Court of Nigeria now has a full bench after the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, swore in the newly appointed Justice Joseph Oyewole.

Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, has cautioned newly appointed lower court judges against accepting unsolicited gifts, emphasizing the potential for trouble if they do.
