Emergency relief is becoming the focus in Venezuela’s La Guaira state as aid stations distribute food.

The leader of the Topos Chile rescue group, Francisco Lermanda, alleged that his teams deployed in Venezuela's La Guaira state have been harassed by soldiers during search operations following the June 24 twin earthquake.
