The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) has provided up to $16.5 million to Egypt's Minapharm to develop an experimental Ebola vaccine, as a new outbreak of the Bundibugyo strain spreads in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
