Celanese Sells Additional 19 Percent Stake in Nutrinova Joint Venture
Chemical company Celanese has agreed to transfer an extra 19 percent ownership share in its Nutrinova joint venture to Japanese trading firm Mitsui & Co. for $152 million. The transaction reduces Celanese’s holdings while strengthening strategic ties with its partner.
