The Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed an application filed by the Sen. David Mark-led leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), which challenged Nafiu-Bala Gombe’s plan to amend his suit.

The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled April 14 to hear a suit filed by Nafiu-Bala Gombe, seeking to prevent the Sen. David Mark-led faction from parading itself as the leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Amidst the ADC leadership crisis, the party and Aregbesola have requested a judge to withdraw from a lawsuit filed by Nafiu-Bala Gombe, who claims to be the authentic party chairman.

Nafiu-Bala Gombe, a factional leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has applied to transfer his case against the Sen. David Mark-led party leadership from the Federal High Court in Abuja.
