Moldovan citizen arrested in Russia for alleged plot to kill Russian general
FSB authorities have arrested Nicolae Cociu, a 21-year-old Moldovan citizen, in the Astrakhan region. He is suspected of attempting to assassinate a senior Russian military officer who ordered the destruction of a children's hospital in Kyiv.
