An NHS trust has dismissed several staff members for illegally accessing the health records of victims from the Nottingham attacks. The dismissals followed an internal investigation into the unauthorized viewing of confidential patient data.

An inquiry into the Nottingham attack was told that victims Grace O’Malley-Kumar and her friend were tested for drugs after their deaths, but the killer, Valdo Calocane, was not, a decision her father called "disgusting."
