A Director at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Hamisu Abdullahi, informed a House of Representatives ad-hoc committee that government accounts are opened only with authorization from the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF), amidst a probe into the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC).
