Philippine Marines personnel arrested a man in Maguindanao del Norte after he allegedly threatened to shoot a passenger jeepney driver with a toy gun.

MANILA, Philippines —  Members of the Philippine Marines were at the Senate complex on Wednesday to secure the area and not just individual senators, Armed Forces chief Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr.

A religious leader clarified his involvement as a witness in a notarized affidavit by 18 supposed former Philippine Marines, who claimed they delivered cash to several top government officials.
