Senate Minority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano is accused by Sen. Panfilo Lacson of threatening the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) to stop its investigation into alleged illegal reclamation in Taguig.

Former Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) chief Alberto Agra has been acquitted of graft charges. The Sandiganbayan Third Division found insufficient evidence to establish that Agra represented, directed, and instructed the execution of the subject Memoranda of Agreement.
