Greek Eurobank has acquired the Telus Tower office building in Sofia from its previous owner, Prodea Investments, a central property with 54,000 square meters of space and growing rental income.

The Ministry of Development has approved the demerger of a branch of Prodea Investments REIC, which will be absorbed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Thriaseus Monoprosopi S.A.

PRODEA Investments' Voluntary Public Offer to bondholders of its €300 million green bond, issued in 2021, concluded on June 4, 2026, with a 112% oversubscription.
