Profusa approved a 1-for-25 reverse stock split, causing its shares to tumble, while Service Properties Trust announced a 5-for-1 reverse split effective July 6, which will reduce its shares by 80%.
Profusa, Flow Cap, and Wi2Wi have each reported their second-quarter financial results. Flow Cap specifically announced a Non-GAAP EPS of $0.06 and revenue of $4.23 million.
