Ronald Fischer, a fugitive on 'America's Most Wanted' who lived under an alias for over 20 years, was captured by U.S. Marshals off the coast of New Jersey.

Ronald Fischer, 70, a "master yachtsman" who fled a sexual assault trial in Rhode Island in 2005, has been arrested off the US coast after more than two decades on the run. He was previously sentenced to life in his absence.
