A man has been arrested in Delhi's Seelampur for allegedly killing his wife and leaving her in a pool of blood, confessing to the murder after a three-day chase, claiming it followed a dispute over an alleged affair.

Delhi Police have arrested a 27-year-old man and recovered 59 rolls of banned Chinese manja (kite string) during a raid in northeast Delhi's Seelampur.
