Shivani Pandya Malhotra, former managing director of the Red Sea Film Festival, is expanding her Dubai-based Ta Films shingle with a trio of female film and TV industry executives.

Shivani Pandya Malhotra has stepped down as the Managing Director of Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Film Foundation. Her departure comes amidst questions regarding the future direction of the Red Sea Film Festival.
