Melting glaciers in Switzerland, exacerbated by summer heat, have revealed the bodies of hikers who had been missing for decades. This includes two individuals missing for 34 years on the Trift Glacier, with a list of recovered bodies dating back to 1925.

The remains of two Belgian mountaineers, who went missing in 1992 at ages 39 and 41, have been discovered in the melting Trift Glacier in Switzerland.

An alpinist tragically died after falling into a glacier crevasse on an icy slope on the Trift Glacier, located above Saas-Grund in the Swiss Alps.
