Angat Dam's water level increased by 7 meters due to Tropical Depression Luis and the southwest monsoon, but it is still below its normal 160-meter level.

Tropical Depression Luis has weakened into a low pressure area (LPA) while another LPA has formed, both affecting Central and Northern Luzon. The southwest monsoon is also bringing rain to parts of Southern Luzon and Western Visayas.
