Polish authorities have arrested a Russian citizen suspected of planning to assassinate a critic of Moscow, identified as a Ukrainian American, in Warsaw. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk stated that the individual was recruited by Russian intelligence to kill a Ukrainian-American who was deemed 'inconvenient to the Putin regime'.
