Wizz Air announced a new year-round connection from Wrocław Airport to Bilbao in northern Spain, set to launch on December 19.

Wrocław Airport aims to coordinate aircraft traffic, with the Civil Aviation Authority initiating consultations with airlines for a procedure planned to take effect from the summer season of 2027.

Wrocław Airport has won the ACI EUROPE Best Airport Award 2025 in the category for airports serving up to 5 million passengers annually, becoming the first Polish airport to receive this honor.
