Sabah Pan Borneo Highway Cost Doubles to RM24.89 Billion

Malaysia's Works Ministry has explained that the cost of the Sabah Pan Borneo Highway project has increased significantly from RM12.86 billion to RM24.89 billion, with RM1.2 billion already paid for land compensation.
