Poland Considers Extending KSeF Penalty Grace Period
Poland's Finance Minister Andrzej Domański announced that the ministry is analyzing the possibility of extending the grace period for penalties related to the incorrect use of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), currently set to expire at the end of 2026.
