Seven & i Holdings Ends Investment Talks with Poland's Zabka

Japanese retail giant Seven & i Holdings announced it has abandoned investment discussions with Polish convenience store chain Zabka. The company stated it was unable to reach an agreement that would serve the best interests of its shareholders.
