Finnish Court of Appeal Increases Sentence for Man Who Killed Wife and Committed Aggravated Rape

A Finnish Court of Appeal has increased the sentence for a man who killed his wife in Liperi and was also found guilty of aggravated rape; a mental health examination indicated he had diminished criminal responsibility at the time of the crimes.
