Ontario Premier Ford Seeks Changes After Illegal Resident Receives Welfare

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has called for changes to provincial regulations after a man living illegally in Canada was found eligible for Ontario welfare. Ford stated that if provincial regulations need to be changed, they will be changed.
