Jānis Krastiņš Receives Latvian Literature Lifetime Achievement Award
Translator and chemist Jānis Krastiņš has been awarded the lifetime achievement prize at the Latvian Literature Awards, an event scheduled for April 17. He has been translating Czech fiction since 1987.
