European Hotels Expand Class-Action Lawsuit Against Booking.com
The Stichting Hotel Claims Alliance (SHCA) has expanded its collective action against Booking.com before the Amsterdam District Court. An additional 7,696 hotels have joined the lawsuit, bringing the total number of participants to 10,783 properties.
