Belgian Driving License Fraud Ring Receives Community Service Sentences
Individuals in Liège, Belgium, involved in a driving license fraud scheme have received community service sentences. The fraud allowed candidates, some of whom had failed the exam up to 17 times or did not speak French, to obtain licenses for a fee.
