Hanoi Launches First Low-Emission Zone, Offers Free Bus Travel for a Year
Hanoi has initiated a traffic management plan, including a low-emission zone within Ring Road 1, to reduce vehicle emissions and promote public transport. As part of this pilot program, bus services will be free for a year.
