Neko mora biti prvi kome će se boravak uskratiti i ko će to biti sada ne možemo znati, ali to ne znači da u opasnosti nisu svi studenti i profesori Univerziteta u Prištini sa sedištem u Kosovskoj Mitrovici koji nemaju kosovska dokumenta, što je - po meni - najveća opasnost od primene Zakona o strancima, ukazao je pravnik Dragutin Nenezić za KoSSev.
