Albanian Opposition Criticizes Socialist Party's Territorial Reform Approach

The Democratic Party (PD) in Albania has criticized the Socialist Party (PS) for reducing the territorial reform to merely the number of municipalities, presenting its own key proposals for the reform. An former PS candidate also expressed regret for supporting Rama, claiming betrayal.
