Lithuania Proposes Temporary Diesel Excise Duty Cut

Lithuania's Ministry of Finance has submitted a draft Excise Duty Law proposing a temporary reduction in the fixed part of the excise duty rate for regular diesel fuel and marked diesel used in agriculture, which could lower prices by 6 cents.
