'We didn't flinch': Ulreich back in Bayern goal after family tragedy

Sven Ulreich's return into the Bayern Munich goal for Saturday's Bundesliga match at Bayer Leverkusen will be far more than just a sporting matter. Ulreich, 37, has not played an official match for Bayern since a 5-0 victory at Werder Bremen in September 2024 and it is thus also his first match since he last August announced the death of his son Len at age six after a long illness.
