Man Prosecuted After Explosive Device Detonates in Tepelena, Injuring Two
Following a serious injury to two young people from an explosive device in Mamaj village, Tepelena, Albanian police have initiated criminal proceedings against a 29-year-old man for illegal possession and production of explosive materials.
