PCSO deploys large-scale relief aid to Mindanao quake victims

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has completed a large-scale mobilization effort to round up a strategic fleet of patient transport vehicles (PTVs) or ambulance vans as well as relief supplies to Southern Mindanao following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck the region early this week.
