Communal Inspectors to Fine Residents Preventing Party Activists from Painting Building

Communal inspectors have initiated proceedings against residents of a building in New Belgrade who reportedly prevented activists of the ruling party from painting its facade. The inspectors are set to issue fines to the rebellious residents.
