Kelantan Labourer Fined for Toddler's Drug Exposure

A labourer in Kelantan, Malaysia, was fined RM3,000, placed on a good behaviour bond, and ordered to perform 36 hours of community service after a toddler was found with methamphetamine and benzodiazepines in their system.
