Portugal Expects Rain Amid Persistent High Temperatures

Rain is forecast to return to much of northern and central Portugal, including Lisbon, on Monday. However, high temperatures are expected to persist, with thermometers reaching up to 38ºC and still marking 29ºC even with the rain.
