Tom Homan Threatens to Deploy More ICE Agents to New York City

Tom Homan, a former acting ICE director, threatened to flood New York City with an unprecedented number of ICE agents, following New York Gov. Kathy Hochul's approval of provisions limiting local cooperation with federal immigration agents.
