Both 12-year-old girls who had gone missing in Tuva on July 1 were found dead. On the morning of July 9, the regional office of Russia’s federal Investigative Committee reported that a body believed to be one of the girls had been recovered on the bank of the Yenisei River near the village of Sukpak in the Kyzyl district.
