Interpol has issued red notices for former Bureau of Corrections chief Gerald Bantag and former police officer Rafael Dumlao III, as announced by Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla. This follows a similar notice for gaming tycoon Charlie “Atong” Ang.
