Dog Owner's Lawsuit Against WEF Bus Driver Dismissed After Waste Bag Dispute

A dog owner, who threw a dog waste bag into a WEF bus, fell on icy ground after a dispute and subsequently blamed the WEF chauffeur for his fall. The Bündner Higher Regional Court has ruled that the driver is not liable for the man's injuries.
